1. Acceptance of Terms
By using QuickAssist, you agree to these Terms of Service. QuickAssist is operated by Maine Winters LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
2. Service Description
QuickAssist is an AI-powered chatbot platform for small businesses. You configure a custom AI assistant, embed it on your website, and your visitors can interact with it. QuickAssist is powered by Anthropic's Claude AI.
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of your business to use QuickAssist. Do not share account credentials.
4. Your Content
You retain ownership of all content you configure in QuickAssist, including business prompts, knowledge base content, and customizations. By using the service, you grant QuickAssist a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service.
5. Acceptable Use
You may not use QuickAssist to deploy chatbots that deceive users, collect personal data without consent, make illegal offers, or violate applicable laws. You are responsible for all content generated by chatbots you configure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments and Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed monthly via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the billing date. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis: contact support within 7 days of a charge for assistance.
7. AI Limitations
QuickAssist uses AI to generate responses and these responses may occasionally be inaccurate. You are responsible for configuring your chatbot appropriately for your use case and for verifying that responses meet your standards. Maine Winters LLC is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.
8. Limitation of Liability
QuickAssist is provided “as is.” Maine Winters LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email. Continued use of QuickAssist after changes constitutes acceptance.
